Returns & exchanges Returns are not accepted on made-to-order pieces. Each piece is produced according to the specifications provided with your order, including measurements and other selected details. Exchanges may be made only where a generic size was selected and the displayed colour was selected at the time of purchase. Exchanges are not available for pieces made to individual measurements or customised specifications.
